Up and down, and all around.

Things, situations, moods, facts change. You might think you are stuck in a situation when you suddenly realize you are not. You might think things suck when you see a light in the end of the tunnel. You might think everything has worked out when something unexpected happens. All this is most of the time a good thing, since it means that things happen and life goes on. Once in a while unexpected things are not wanted and do not bring joy. You live through them and before you know it, it feels like it was ages ago it happened.

I (trollet is on holiday) started the blogg pondering about last years. Maybe it is time to do it again. Let's see where my selective memory brings me. How far back in time did i go the last time.. not sure. What month is it now.. erm.. ah.. september, yes.

2000, Lots of partying around that time, being a new student in Åbo. Sometime around september i met Backus, exciting time indeed.
2001, No idea what i did. oh yes, came back from traveling across usa by greyhound in the beginning of september.
2002, Remember being stressed. Lots of exams. Went on a last minute trip with Backus, maybe it was in september, maybe later. Not sure.
2003, Still a bit confused after spring and tired after summer. Had spanish visitor, worked my butt off as a bartender, studying like mad and planning trip to Asia.
2004, Norway it was. But what happenened in september? hmm, Tried to find a new place to live, met people, partied, read a lot.
2005, Mental chaos. Still at lighthouse in september, frustrated, doing silly things, sad.
2006, Working, meeting people, in love, happy, looking for jobs - which looks some what promising, finished thesis - finally. Wow, actually september 2006 is a quite good one.
